Your new company
A popular manufacturing company in Richmond are seeking a new HR Administrator to join their team within their Richmond Location (transit Friendly). This is a one month contract with the high possibility of being extended. This company offer a lot of opportunity as they are growing fast. They will be paying up to 24.00 p/hr based on your performance. This is Monday to Friday 8:30-5:00pm and an immediate start.
Your new role
You will be assisting with preparing employee change letters and contracts. You will be the first point of contact for any inquires with regards to onboarding, off boarding and employee changes. You will be managing the email and responding to queries and escalating them when needed. You will be responsible for compliance, checking visa requirements and terms and conditions and providing general admin co-ordination and support to the department.
What you'll need to succeed
you will need to have excellent MS Office and Excel skills with strong attention to detail. You will need to have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills and Former HR experience.
