Your new role
As the Homeowner Care Coordinator you will be a vital component of the daily functions of the Customer Care Division. Reporting directly to the Homeowner Care Manager, you will utilize the highest level of customer service in all of your duties, which could include, receiving and troubleshooting calls from homeowners, scheduling and organizing service appointments, creating work orders, collecting warranty information of newly sold properties, and coordinating all walkthrough appointments for homeowners. You will be utilizing a variety of technical programs to update information within the company database and updating homeowner manuals and online portals.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have had 2+ years' work experience focusing on customer service or administration. Post-secondary education and/or relatable construction experience will be highly regarded. You will be someone who is highly organized, and be able to efficiently track and monitor large amounts of data and correspondence. You will also be technologically proficient, and able to utilize the Microsoft Office suite at an intermediate level. You will be a main point of contact for homeowners so your interpersonal and communication skills must be highly developed. You will have practiced customer service skills, and be able to keep a professional and calm demeanour at all time, even when dealing with strict deadlines or emergency situations.
