A Leading Heavy Equipment Organisation Based in Southern Alberta is in Need of a Heavy Duty Shop Mechanic
Your new company
As a family owned heavy equipment company, the organisation is dedicated to meeting the needs of both their customers and employees. As a heavy duty mechanic working with them, you will work mainly in the shop to help meet the demands of their numerous clients.
Your new role
You new role will require you to work mostly in the shop. You will work Mondays to Saturdays on a 10 - 12 hours shift. You will have the opportunity to work on various mining and construction heavy equipment.
What you'll need to succeed
As a successful candidate, you will have your Red Seal certification in Heavy Duty Mechanics or as a Heavy Equipment Technician. Ideally, you will have experience working on large-scale earth-moving mining or construction equipment such as dozers, excavators, loaders, haulers and shovels. You will have a strong mechanical aptitude and be a great team-player
What you'll get in return
In return for your hard work, you will receive a competitive pay rate with an excellent overall compensation package that kicks in after 3 months. If you have to go to the field, your travel as well as accommodation will be paid for and you will receive a daily living allowance.
