What You'll Do
  • Maintain and repair advanced mobile mining equipment: haul trucks (including autonomous CAT trucks), loaders, graders, dozers, and shovels
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues in a dynamic operational environment
  • Disassemble, inspect, and rebuild key systems including engines, transmissions, and cooling components
  • Work as part of a safety-first, high-performance team that supports growth, innovation, and collaboration
  • Promote and uphold Teck's culture of safety every day
What We're Looking For
  • Interprovincial Red Seal Certification as a Heavy Duty Equipment Technician or Truck & Transport Mechanic
  • Valid driver's license
  • Experience with mining or heavy off-road equipment is an asset, but we welcome candidates with transferable skills and a willingness to learn
  • Strong communication, a team-focused mindset, and a commitment to safety and quality
