Position Highlights

Bring your resourcefulness and effective problem solving skills to this role, you will provide reporting directly to the Manager of Clinical Operations. This position is located at our COVID Assessment and Treatment Centre site. We need your help to expand our ability to deliver timely and professional services to a number of our patient care areas.

Your specific job duties will include:
    •Maintains inventories of office, medical and pharmaceutical supplies and equipment by performing duties such as monitoring inventory levels, identifying requirements, processing and receiving orders, verifying invoices match packing slips, documenting, distributing supplies to staff as required;
    •Performs administrative support duties by assembling, packaging, organizing and renewing pamphlets/resource information for distribution to the client;
    •Provides support in clinical settings by performing duties such as setting up and dismantling rooms and calibrating and cleaning equipment; and
    •Performs other related duties as assigned.

Are you motivated to join the team? We will be looking for you to have the following:
    •Completion of Grade 12 •Completion of Medical Office Assistant Certificate •One (1) years of recent, related experience
