We are the TELUS Health Patient Engagement Team at TELUS and we are looking for someone like you to work with us to grow the TELUS Health business, shape new exciting services and bring a whole set of new experiences to Canadians that ultimately will help drive healthcare transformation for the good of Canada and our citizens.

The successful candidate must be a highly motivated self-starter with an engaging leadership style, solid influencing and facilitations skills. This position will provide you with broad exposure to various groups and members of our leadership team. What YOU Get to Do:
    Account Management
      •Represent customer requirements and priorities as the key liaison with internal cross-functional teams, including portfolio, delivery, product management, change management and operations, to ensure managed service is in line with customer expectations
      •Support Customer Initiative Director and Product Director with contract delivery management and compliance including obligations for services, processes and measurements
      •Establish and enhance strategic partnerships with internal/external service partners to improve customer experience, and to identify, understand, and liaise with the authorizers and influencers and the internal TELUS team
      •Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, appreciation and continuous improvement at all levels
      •Liaise with TELUS Initiative Director & Product Director to understand current and future business needs and associated service delivery expectations and service improvements
      •Work collaboratively with business stakeholders, vendors, technical resources and external customers to deliver reliable consistent and customer focused implementations
    Project/Program Management
      •Integrated program delivery management, including maintaining program level plans, assisting other team project managers challenges and escalations
      •End-to-end project management from ideation through planning, coordinating, launch readiness and execution
      •Lead multiple projects with strategic impact ensuring they are delivered on time, budget and within quality targets
      •Responsible for developing project plans, project estimates, negotiating project resources along with developing, mentoring and the project team across the organization
      •Exercise sound judgment identifying and resolving problems, challenging courses of action, assessing risks and modifying plans as conditions change throughout the project lifecycle
      •Partner and act as a resource to business teams in executing process improvement project execution
      •Efficiently communicate to stakeholders to manage expectations and project progress
      •Review and track status of project and deliverables and provides project updates
      •Conduct presentations regarding project status and current issues
    •Lead team members through requirements definitions through the assessment and interpretation of business, clinical, and end user needs and requirements, and translate specific portions of the requirements into specific system requirements
    •Options assessments with impact analysis of alternatives and assists with developing recommendations to meet project deliverables
    •Oversight of process development and documentation of end-to-end business workflows related to the initiative and support the ongoing operational support for the solution; Oversight of quality management ensuring system validation processes followed and support and the team to reach resolution for Client go live acceptance
    •Project/Program administration support including status reports, issues/risk tracking, and schedule management


What YOU Bring:

Required Experience:
    •University Degree and 5+ years' experience
    •PMP an asset
    •Passion for customer service excellence with strong relationship management skills
    •Strong communication skills (written and verbal), both client facing and across different levels of management
    •Strong project management skills, including ability to facilitate, create and manage complex delivery
    •Experience assessing business and customer needs and building consensus between groups with divergent needs and viewpoints
    •Attentive to detail/quality, organized and capable of driving results on an end-to-end basis across multiple stakeholders and business units
    •Ability to take on complex initiatives in an ambiguous environment
    •Ability to prioritize and work under pressure in fast-paced ever-changing environment
    •Self-starter capable to support quality and results with directional guidance
    •Keen desire to drive transformative and strategic change, by solving complex problems
    •Experience in MS Office tools used for project management - specifically MS project, MSWord PowerPoint and Excel
    •Demonstrated understanding of the dependencies impacting a successful clinical implementation including but not limited to Privacy and Security, System Readiness, Business Readiness, Change Management, Issue Management, Training and Operational Support
    •Experience working with large Government Clients or Health Care organizations
