We have an opportunity for multiple General Construction Labourers to join Scansa's commercial construction building division. You will be working on sites throughout Vancouver Island, including Victoria, Westshore, and Sooke.

As part of the Scansa team, you will assist in various stages of construction projects, including setting up equipment and materials, and conducting demolition, maintenance, and clean-up tasks.

With Scansa's industry-leading training and mentorship, some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting tradespeople with physical tasks in varying outdoor weather conditions
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment
• Operating hand and power tools
• Digging and raking
• Erecting scaffolding and barricades
• Cleaning up construction sites
• Following established safety rules and regulations and maintaining a safe and clean environment
• Inspecting, maintaining, and reporting hazardous work environment and cleaning up worksite debris
