Are you passionate about skincare and esthetics? Our client is one of the top skin care companies and has aesthetic treatment centers all over Vancouver. Their well-known skin care product range is entirely designed, developed, and manufactured by them. To maintain and improve long-term skin health, our client's clinic offers a range of treatments that include products, facials, radiofrequency treatments, and cosmetic laser treatments in an all-inclusive way.

We are seeking a vibrant Front Brand Ambassador Salesperson to join our client's team.  As a brand ambassador, you will be the face of our client's clinic, ensuring every guest receives exceptional service. You will work closely with the Clinic Assistant Manager, the Founder, and the CSO.

What You'll Do 

  • Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and personalized service experience.
  • Ensure guests depart with a memorable and positive impression.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries efficiently.
  • Schedule and manage appointments while maintaining confidential client files and consent forms.
  • Process payments accurately and promptly.
  • Recommend appropriate skincare products and treatments based on clients' needs.
  • Oversee the front desk experience, ensuring smooth transitions between duties.
  • Conduct inventory counts, restock products, and manage store merchandising.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy store environment, including performing light housekeeping tasks.
  • Collaborate with aestheticians and laser technicians for client re-bookings.
  • Participate in training sessions and meetings at head office as needed.

What You Bring:

  • At least 3 years of receptionist experience in a spa, Medi-spa, wellness center, or salon.
  • A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in skincare, haircare, or other retail beauty products.
  • Proven sales experience with a comprehensive beauty or skincare brand.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Tech-savvy with a quick aptitude for learning new software.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to relate to clients of diverse ages and backgrounds.
  • A genuine passion for skincare and an interest in the chemistry of skincare products.
  • Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays and adapt to scheduling changes.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with Moneris payment devices, JaneApp appointment booking software, Shopify, or Lightspeed POS systems.
  • Proficiency in MS office and basic Excel skills.
  • Understanding of social media channels and capability to create content to improvement of marketing campaigns.
  • Some post-secondary education is preferred.

This role offers a great full-time opportunity to work within beauty industry and offers a salary range of $49,950 Base + $8,000 Team Commission = $57,950 on lower end and $55,600 Base  + $13,000 Team Commission = $68,600 on higher end with countless benefits such as Dental and vision care, Store discounts,3 weeks of vacation
