Job Title: Server, Public House Division
Relationships: Reports to the General Manager (GM) and Assistant General Manager (AGM)
Duties: Duties of a Server include:
Extensive knowledge of all food and beverage offerings
Executing food and drink orders in a timely manner
Ensuring food and drink quality is as per organizational standards
Communicating all current JRG promotions to guests
Handling cash and credit card transactions in a professional and timely manner
Adhering to JRG Policies and Procedures including daily implementation of the 18 Steps of Service
Assist with daily and weekly scheduled environment cleaning practices
Hours and shifts may vary. Includes working evenings, weekends and holidays.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Excellent beer & spirits knowledge
Ability to multi-task
Strong communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Can work independently and with a team
Thorough understanding of responsible alcohol service
Required Training and Experience:
Relevant industry experience is an asset
