Status: Full-time

Department: Sales

You know the type: sharp with customers, fearless with lenders, and so good with paperwork it practically signs itself. If big gross averages, clean deals, and a little friendly bragging fuel your fire, we'd like to talk.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Drive Department Performance: Set and achieve short- and long-term goals for the Finance & Insurance (F&I) department, covering profit, turnover, product sales, and finance source targets.
  • Implement and Monitor Strategy: Develop effective methods and procedures to reach objectives, analyze performance regularly, and adjust plans to improve results.
  • Client-Centered Sales Approach: Identify customer needs proactively and provide tailored financial solutions aligned with company goals.
  • Financial Planning and Oversight: Contribute to budgeting, monitor variances, and ensure departmental financial performance supports overall dealership success.
  • Leadership and Compliance: Communicate goals and procedures to staff, uphold safety and company policies, and perform additional duties as assigned.

To Be Successful You Will Need to:
  • Over 5 years of experience as an F&I / Sales Manager (FSM) in a new car dealership - ideally Honda, because reliability speaks volumes.
  • Exceptionally organized, managing time so well that even coffee breaks run on schedule.
  • Communicates effortlessly with everyone from interns to general managers (and can even calm a frustrated office printer).
  • Self‑driven and thrives on tackling new challenges like premium test drives.
  • Skilled at blending strong financial insight with genuine relationship ‑ building to drive results.
  • Stays cool under pressure and makes smart, timely decisions, caffeine optional.
  • Quickly understands complex information and turns it into clear actionable outcomes.
  • Holds a valid BC Driver's License with a clean record - even after surviving Vancouver traffic.
