We're seeking a Finance Coordinator to provide essential support to their dynamic team playing a key role in accounting. If you're a numbers expert with a solid understanding of full-cycle accounting, this could be your next exciting opportunity. Golden points if you also bring administrative experience to the table—you’ll be a valuable addition to their Regional Finance team!

What You’ll Do:

• Handle full-cycle accounting, including reconciling management fees, intercompany accounts, and billing tenants.

• Audit expense reimbursements and invoices through Chrome River.

• Set up new vendors and manage vendor inquiries.

• Process cash receipts and payables for management companies.

• Post journal entries and conduct bank reconciliations.

• Provide backup for trust pay-outs.

• Assist the Finance Manager with month-end closings and monthly GST/PST remittances.

• Take on additional duties as needed to support the finance team.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in finance/accounting (basic accounting knowledge is an asset).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Excel and knowledge of CMS is desirable.

• Ability to collaborate and work with diverse teams.
