Filing clerk required for a two week contract in Coquitlam with an immediate start
Your new company
A leading entertainment provider is looking for a filing clerk to start immediately. This organization is looking for someone to join their fast paced accounts payable team and contribute to their growing work force.
Your new role
As an filing clerk you will directly support the Accounts Payable team. Key duties include; pulling existing invoices, scanning and filing, maintaining accurate records and any other administrative duties as assigned. Working out of the Coquitlam office, the working hours run from 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have prior experience in handling high volumes of data. One must have great attention to detail and strong communicative skills for this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites is considered an asset.
What you'll get in return
You'll work in a growing company and receive weekly pay during your contract with Hays. While this position is currently an ongoing role, there is a possibility for it to turn permanent.
