Compensation
Starting wage: $36.60/hour
Hours: 30-40 hours per week
Location: On site (no remote work option)

Education: Secondary (high school) diploma
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Your Role
As a Fast Food Restaurant Manager, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering an outstanding guest experience.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
Determine services to be offered and implement effective operational procedures
Oversee cash management, balance sheets, cash reports, and related documentation
Conduct staff performance reviews
Manage costing for products and services
Organize and maintain inventory
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Negotiate with suppliers and coordinate food and supply orders
Manage catering arrangements and facility usage
Participate in marketing plans and execution
Address customer concerns and deliver excellent customer service
Supervise a team of 11-15 employees

Experience & Technical Skills
Computer and Technology Knowledge

Accounting software
Electronic cash register
Point of sale (POS) systems
MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, Windows)
Spreadsheets and related tools
