We are assisting our client located in Downtown, Vancouver in recruiting an experienced Paralegal (preferably with personal injury experience to join their plaintiff personal injury group). This position offers an excellent work environment and the chance to further develop your skills and experience with a highly regarded firm.

They are looking for a team player who is proactive, able to handle a busy workload, and who has a keen eye for detail.


  • Manage and report on the status of all files
  • Manage documents – ordering, organizing, listing, serving
  • Manage deadlines – court, limitation, IME, expert, etc
  • Draft pleadings and correspondence
  • Quantum research
  • Review XFD transcripts and obtain answers to outstanding requests
  • Recommend experts, book IMEs and make sure the specialist has our relevant documentation
  • Provide general Paralegal assistance to the lawyer depending on the lawyer’s needs


  • Paralegal diploma
  • Experience in litigation
  • Strong analyzing, organizing and formatting skills
  • Strong understanding of court rules
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage deadlines
  • Ability to work on own initiative and delegate to junior-level staff
  • Previous experience in plaintiff personal injury is an asset
