Our client, a well-renowned Downtown law firm, has a newly available role for an IT Help Desk Specialist. This is a wonderful opportunity to expand your skill-set and experience.
Under the direction of the IT Director, the IT Support Specialist will respond to requests for technical support on a variety of issues from end-users and provide effective and timely response. The successful candidate must have exceptional service skills and must be able to handle challenging situations with the utmost respect and professionalism.
Standard duties of the role include, but are not limited to:
The successful applicant must have a minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in an IT role, as well as, a minimum 2-year diploma in Technology or related discipline. Experience with Office 2007/2013, Windows 7/10, Internet Explorer 11/Chrome is ideal. Experience in a professional services environment is considered a strong asset.
