Join Fraser Health's finance team in this leadership opportunity as an Executive Director, Systems Optimization who will be accountable for the overall leadership in the optimization of business systems, through integrated analytics services providing and interpreting key analytics on the status and standing of clinical and business operations.

You will develop and cultivate sound collaborative partnerships and represent Fraser Health in consultation and decisions with government and other parties through participation on committees, organizations and in advisory activities, as appropriate.

As a strategic individual, you will engage with Senior Leadership Team of the Systems Optimization and Chief Financial Officer portfolio to ensure the optimum delivery of effective management and transforms systems to better support operational and strategic objectives.

Are you motivated to join us? We will be looking for you to have:

Master's Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Health Informatics or related field, plus (10) to fifteen (15) years' of senior system analysis and transformation experience in a large, complex business environment, strategic transformation, multidisciplinary initiatives and project management.

Your professional and technical capabilities will include:
    •Knowledge of process review, audit and program evaluation principles and practices. •Ability to problem-solve with an innovative perspective to incorporate the organization's systems and strategies when developing viable solutions •Expertise in strategic and operational planning in the public sector. •Ability to work effectively across organizations and government agencies. •Working knowledge of project and change management.
