Our client, a Canadian corporation based in Victoria, BC, provides a full range of development, investment, construction and operation services to a variety of complex real estate, energy and infrastructure projects in Western Canada.  They have a newly-created full-time role for an accomplished Executive Assistant to support their Project Manager and provide assistance to their senior management team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a detailed oriented, tech-savvy and resourceful administrator with excellent command of verbal and written English and proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

The offices are located just minutes away from downtown Victoria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Extensive Outlook calendar management
  • Monitoring emails
  • Preparing confidential correspondence, reports and presentations
  • Planning and coordinating meetings and related logistics
  • File maintenance
  • Making travel arrangements
  • Back-up to the receptionist
  • Ad hoc duties
Qualifications
  • Several years of administrative experience, supporting a senior executive
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in the real estate development industry would be a definite asset

$75,000-95,000/year
