Your new role
In this position you will be supporting the Vice President in the Supply Chain Department. Your duties and responsible include: calendar and diary management, scheduling, booking meeting rooms, taking meeting notes, helping out with personal errands and travel arrangements.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this job has 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant and strong data entry skills. You will have outstanding time management and organizational skills, as well as be an incredibly strong communicator. You are also computer literate with strong Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint experience. Overall, you will be extremely polished and professional.
