About Our Client

Our client, a company producing digital advertising campaigns, is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. In this position you will be supporting the Managing Director in the coordination and completion of a range of activities. Responsibilities & Duties

  • Calendar management
  • Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.
  • Managing and coordinating office foster animals (must love dogs and cats!)
  • Coordinating events (quarterly themed events as well as team events).
  • Organize/Prioritize time-sensitive and confidential information.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Routine correspondence and data entry.
  • Maintaining stock of office supplies.
  • Pickup supplies as needed (a valid driver's licence is required, having their own vehicle is a bonus).
  • Arrange travel as needed.


  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Strong excel skills (pivot tables and vlookups are required)
  • Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
  • Professional level verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile when need be.
  • High level of integrity and understanding of importance surrounding confidential information
