What- the Role: 

Our client is hiring for a new Executive Assistant who will provide executive administration support (calendar management, travel coordination, meeting logistics, etc.) to a couple managing directors. The EA will also take on some tasks related to marketing, investor relations, and office management. Swim Recruiting will provide interested candidates with a comprehensive job description. 

Who- the Candidate: 

Our ideal candidate will have 6+ years progressive experience in administration supporting senior business leaders. 
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken), with ability to prepare polished business documents and materials. 
  • Experience working in private equity, financial services, investor relations, or wealth management companies is an asset, but NOT required for someone who is keen to learn and who is interested to work in this area of business.  
  • Systems savvy, particularly within Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, etc.). 
  • Experience within Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, etc.) and communication technologies such as MailChimp, Zoom, SquareSpace, etc. is an asset but not required. 
  • Ability to learn new technologies and software (for example, an investor database).


Downtown Vancouver. There may be opportunity for some flexibility in work schedule and some work-from-home. 

How Much: 

Competitive base salary commensurate with level and relevance of previous EA work experience. Please discuss further with Swim Recruiting.
