Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
    • By providing stellar support to two or more individuals on the Senior Leadership Team, you efficiently:
    • Act as a liaison and first point of contact with internal and external customers, vendors, and team members, interacting with them in a professional and timely manner
    • Responding to information requests, preparing the necessary documentation and ensuring follow-up actions
    • Reviewing and filtering all incoming and outgoing emails, calls and mail
    • Drafting and approving written communications, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
    • Understanding and keeping up-to-date with the business' organization strategy, policies, goals, and objectives.
    • Managing and reporting expenses
    • You effectively manage the logistics of an executive schedule - the preparation and execution necessary for this is second nature to you
    • You build relationships and create partnerships across the organization. In partnering with organizations both in and outside of the organization, you are an ambassador for Arc'teryx and create opportunities that otherwise would not exist
    • You have a not-so-secret skill as a travel agent, and find reporting such metrics to be your secret weapon to create future efficiencies
    • Event planning for your Executive's Team offsites and team building activities
    • Securing venues and coordinating catering and other logistics when; and handling travel and lodging arrangements.


Additional experience, education and/or skills:
    • Required
    • You have 1-2 years of executive administrative experience
    • You have 2-3 years of administrative experience
    • You have the ability to communicate effectively and in a positive and helpful manner
    • You have strong written and spoken English skills, computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
    • You have excellent time management skills and manage multiple priorities
    • You have strong emotional intelligence, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
    • You have the ability to work some evenings, weekends and holidays as they relate to the roll out of special events
    • You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues, seeking the best (sometimes not the easiest) solutions with an unwavering commitment to do what is right
    • You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
    • You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
    • You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
    • Your passion for your work is paralleled by your passion for getting outside and living it

    • You have 3+ years of executive administrative experience
    • You have a Bachelor's degree
    • Bilingualism (English and French), both oral and written
    • Bilingualism (English and Mandarin), both oral and written
    • You have knowledge of the Agile methodology
