RoadSafetyBC is the lead provincial agency for road safety and is responsible for the provincial strategy and approach in BC.RoadSafetyBC regulates drivers and operates a number of programs to help regulate the safe and responsible operation of motor vehicles in B.C.

Job Requirements:
In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:
• High school graduation and at least two (2) years of related experience or a certificate in office administration or an equivalent and at least one (1) years of related experience or a combination of education, training and experience. Related experience must include the following:
• At least one (1) year of experience working in an office setting in a confidential capacity supporting senior management and/or executive.
• At least six (6) months experience formatting and proofreading a variety of documents, including correspondence, memos, detailed reports and meeting agendas.
• At least six (6) months experience with correspondence tracking and approval systems.
• At least six (6) months experience managing a challenging calendar by determining priorities and urgent situations, scheduling and coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and compiling meeting materials.
• At least six (6) months experience using MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other standard computer applications.

Preference may be given to candidates with the following experience:
• More than one year working in an executive environment (e.g. Assistant Deputy Minister's Office).
• Experience using CLIFF and/or eApprovals.
