The job description includes setting up appointments with clients and analyzing and advising them of their benefits package. Must be willing to learn and be coachable. Qualified candidates will be trained in all core aspects of business to be able to successfully lead a team and grow. Promotions are based on performance, not seniority.
Preference will be given to candidates with customer service or sales experience, however, this is an entry-level position so no experience is required- MUST be willing to learn. We are willing to train the right candidate.
