Enterprise Risk Management - Overnight Risk Coordinator

The mission of the Enterprise Risk Management Department is to prevent, detect, and resolve loss.


As a member of the Enterprise Risk Management Department, you will be part of the team responsible for maximizing Aritzia's success by minimizing loss during Aritzia's overnight shift at our state of the art Distribution Centre facility. As the DC Overnight Risk Coordinator, you will support in mitigating loss of merchandise, financial & physical assets, and information, while uniting our people through a culture of safety and security. As the DC Overnight Risk Coordinator , you will support in:
  • Minimizing the loss of merchandise
  • Safeguarding the loss of financial assets
  • Ensuring people and client safety and retention
  • Ensuring the security of our property and physical assets
  • Preserving our confidential and proprietary information


The DC Overnight Risk Coordinator has:
  • Proven and best-in-class skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in:
    • Occupational First Aid Level 2
    • Deescalating and managing security incidents
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Business and People Leadership principles
