As part of the Voice & Service Automation Team, you will support our Customer First commitment with best-in-class voice & services reliability powered by automating network provisioning, testing & verification across the DevOps teams. Together we will improve network and service reliability, resiliency, and time to market while further developing our automation system capabilities for the future

Here's how
    •Drive and lead the adoption of an automation-first approach to our critical functions •Engage and work closely with DevOps primes to fully understand current state of operations and define automation opportunities to support the end-to-end provisioning process across our wireless and fixed voice networks •Explore customer feedback, data insights and analytics to uncover automation opportunities that drive improvements in our products and services •Create, execute, improve and maintain automation test, provisioning, and workflow scripts through standard methodologies, closely monitor results, and participate in peer reviews •Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to further develop automation system capabilities and roadmaps in support of our network and services evolution •Help drive the evolution of our teams towards a DevOps and Agile culture


Qualifications:


You're the missing piece of the puzzle
    •Working knowledge of Wireless (5G/LTE/HSPA), Fixed Voice (VoIP/NGN/TDM), and Messaging (SMS/MMS) network architectures, technologies, networking routing, and signalling protocols •Working knowledge of Telecommunication OSS and BSS management network and systems •Familiar with CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery), DevOps best practices and the tools used to implement them •Experience with testing and provisioning automation tool sets (Sigos, inSwitch, Jenkins, Selenium, Appium, Splunk, Git, Python, Groovy, Java, Robot Framework ) •Working knowledge of API integration (REST/SOAP), XML, JSON, YAML •Hands-on experience coding automation in various environments (Linux, Shell, Web, Windows, etc) •Good understanding workflow automation •Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite or similar tools •A team player with ability to build relationships, influence others and foster ownership within cross-functional teams •Capable of tackling ambiguous problems, bringing structure and process to help shape solutions •Good written and oral communication skills, including creating and delivering presentations, summarizing technical content for an executive audience • 5+ of years of experience as a software developer or network engineering, preferably in a DevOps environment •Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
