Reporting to the Director, Professional Services, you are responsible for the overall management and delivery of Enterprise solutions. You work closely with the Launch Specialist, Solution Delivery Managers, Team Leads, Customer Success Manager, Customer Success Executive, and Account Executive.
You are the key champion of client relationship and project communication during the implementation phase of a project. You own and execute the project in compliance with the Professional Services’ Launch Methodology, and manage the governance, budget, timeline, resources and controls scope of the project. You produce and maintain a detailed project plan and collaborate with all project stakeholders, and produce and distribute weekly status reports documenting project milestones, progress, risks, decisions and overall project health.
You are bi-lingual, holding a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), including 5+ years software implementation experience in a SaaS or web based environment, and +5 years of relevant experience in professional services, sales or customer support operations. You have proven Project Management experience working in large enterprises and experience in professional services/consulting organization.
