Location: Vancouver, BC 


  • Review employee benefits plan designs for clients and prepare any alternative plan designs
  • Review new plan documents and engage with plan administrators on implementation of benefits programs 
  • Conduct market surveys, gather employee census, collect key data and develop reports and recommendations for clients 
  • Work with Advisors and insurers to perform reviews of renewals, plan modifications and any negotiations 
  • Assist with the administration process, including handling inquiries, producing client letters, ensuring client records are updated, and liaising with insurance carriers
  • Provide marketing support and assemble key client statistics
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and knowledge by attending networking events, workshops, professional groups 
  • Assist with additional projects, as required 


  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within financial services industry 
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or equivalent is an asset
  • Holds or in process of obtaining a LLQP Life Insurance License  
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills 
  • Be detail-oriented and analytically minded 
  • Able to exercise discretion with confidential material  
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and fulfill tight deadlines 
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite
