JOB DESCRIPTION

The maintenance coordinator will report to a team of 3 Superintendents and duties will include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Scheduling maintenance work by researching, scoping and estimating materials and workforce job requirements
  • Maintain work orders, findings, parts, purchase requisitions and planned materials reservations in the CMMS system
  • Develop and roll out preventative maintenance and job plans
  • Develop a reference system for job packages – instructions, materials list and labour
  • Participate in budget preparation, budget tracking and analysis
  • Review all work order feedback updating PMs and standard work orders


REQUIREMENTS

  • Maintenance related education, ie. Red Seal Millwright, Electrician
  • Must have experience in a maintenance planning or reliability role
  • Experience with mobile equipment
  • Understanding of incident, change and problem managing process

BENEFITS

  • $90,000 - $100,000 base salary 
  • Bonus up to 10%

  • Pension, RRSP – employee pays 4% company pays 6%
