Job Description

The College of New Caledonia (Prince George Campus) invites applications for a non-teaching faculty position as an Educational Developer in the Centre for Teaching & Learning (CTL). This role focuses on supporting instructors in enhancing teaching and learning through curriculum design and the effective integration of educational technologies. The Educational Developer will collaborate with faculty to design, implement, and evaluate inclusive and engaging learning experiences across all college programs and delivery modes—including in-person, blended, and online. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and the application of educational technologies to improve student outcomes. The CTL supports a culture of excellence in teaching by providing professional development, formative feedback, and resources that promote reflective and evidence-informed instructional practices. A strong commitment to educational approaches that honour Indigenous ways of knowing and being, and that advance equity, diversity, and inclusion, is essential.
