As the Head of Sales Management, you will lead the team to:
  • Set the channel sales strategy based on how we want to position ourselves in each market
  • Analyze customer acquisition and retention performance in specific markets and make actionable recommendations to marketing, merchandising, and ecommerce teams
  • Make recommendations to ensure our product and merchandising approach is relevant based on market position
  • Customize our events calendar to ensure relevancy based on market position
  • Customize our shopping services, policies, shipping and returns programs to ensure a compelling and competitive position
  • Measure each channel's performance to deeply understand fluctuations, making recommendations to maximize sales
  • Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience


The Head of Sales Management has:
  • Proven and best-in-class skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in
    • General or eCommerce Management
    • eCommerce Analytics / Finance
    • eCommerce Merchandising
  • A commitment to learn, apply, champion, and enrich Aritzia's Values, Business and People Leadership principles
  • The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes
  • The ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team
