Amazing opportunity for an Ecommerce Category Coordinator to help optimize our client’s website and app to increase conversion and drive sales primarily through product content and online merchandising strategies. Work will be highly collaborative, and detail focused, with cross functional partners including merchandising, digital marketing, analytics, and others within the digital organization. This role requires a passion for all things digital with a comprehensive understanding of the ecommerce marketplace.
Hybrid working model of three days in office, two remote.

What- The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated Ecommerce Category Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for supporting the near to mid-term ecommerce guest experience and category performance. Additionally, you will support with weekly newness tasks and CDP experiences tasks to ensure the website is updated to reflect product storytelling: front facing updates, sorting priorities and attribution.
Assist with Special Projects assortments: input into channel strategy, assist with execution & ongoing maintenance.
Responsible for maintaining teams central document hub, ensuring key information is captured and accessible to cross-functional partners.
Maintenance and optimization of Category Reporting processes: maintain Campaign calendar, drop list for the newness sell through report, collate the weekly reporting deck.
Support process optimization in the wider Ecommerce Category, Campaigns and Operations team.
Monitor and report weekly, monthly, and quarterly on performance against objectives
Support the eCommerce Category Specialists in weekly execution of merchandising tasks
Partner with cross-functional partners to drive requirements for key initiatives to improve website and app experience across all categories
Create best practices and performance benchmarks for new tools through regular analysis of website performance
Who- the Candidate:
1-2 years in ecommerce merchandising or ecommerce buying/merchandise planning
Experience with large SKU counts or complex and diverse assortments
Understanding and comfort with web analytics and financial analysis
Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to lead and influence within a matrix organization
Strong interpersonal, communication skills, and ability to work in a team
Highly organized and exceptional attention to detail
Strong problem solving, decision making, and project management
Ability to meet tight deadlines in a high paced work environment
BA in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications an asset
How much:
$31-33/hr commensurate with experience + 4% vacation pay
