We are currently seeking a Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Support Analyst to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia (CA-BC), Canada (CA).

NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks aMicrosoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Functional Analyst. This opportunity isto support our client, a government ministry in Victoria. NTT DATA currently supports Dynamics 365 based applications for thisclient. The role is a combination of support & maintenance of existing applications, enhancements to existing applications, as well as small project work.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Customization and Configuration certified
• 3-5 years minimum work experience designing and configuring solutions based in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM
• Strong work ethic and theability to work independently
• Ability to work effectively from home
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and written communication skills
• Strong ability to convey technical information to non-technical clients
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities
• Ability to investigate problems to uncover causes
• Solve complex problems with creative solutions
• Development capability is an asset
• Public Sector experience is an asset

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze functional issues with Dynamics 365/CE based presented through support tickets and work those tickets to resolution in a timely fashion
• Interact with client to understand business requirements
• Design solutions to address client business, interface and support requirements
• Prepare functional design documentation for customizations
• Configuration of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM
• Conduct solution testing as required
• Conduct user and administrator testing as required
