Doors & Mouldings Sales Representative

Our client company are a well-established and respected supplier of premium doors, mouldings, millwork, and finishing products serving builders, contractors, renovators, designers, and homeowners throughout the Lower Mainland. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated Doors & Mouldings Sales Representative to join our client company's team in Richmond, BC.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with industry experience who is looking to grow their career with a stable, customer-focused company.

What You'll Do
Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, developers, designers, retailers, and homeowners.
Generate new business through networking, prospecting, referrals, and industry contacts.
Prepare accurate quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
Recommend doors, mouldings, trim, and related products based on customer needs and project specifications.
Coordinate with the estimating, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Manage customer accounts and provide exceptional after-sales service.
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Represent the company professionally while building long-term client relationships.
What We're Looking For
Previous sales experience in doors, mouldings, millwork, lumber, building materials, or related construction products is strongly preferred.
Established relationships within the construction or renovation industry are considered an asset.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own territory.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Valid BC Driver's Licence and reliable transportation.

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary starting at $40,000 per year plus an attractive commission program
Compensation is negotiable based on industry experience and proven sales success
