Division Coordinator / Construction:  Harvey 2233 

Currently, we are seeking a Division Coordinator to join our Construction division based from Burnaby, BC. This is a full time position, reporting to the Division Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing general administrative support to the Division Manager and Project Manager/Estimators as needed (i.e. downloading/printing/scanning/organizing technical documents, data entry into Customer Relationship Management system, assisting with counts, etc.)
  • Maintaining bidding schedules and related information.
  • Managing the completion of a variety of monthly reports.


  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Quick learner, self-motivated, able to work independently.
  • Excellent computer skills: MS Office proficient (Excel, Word, Outlook and Visio) with MS Project or Primavera experience an asset. May be tested.
  • 3+ years' previous years' experience in an administrative role required. Some construction industry experience or an electrical background an asset.
  • Experience with project accounting and financial spreadsheets an asset.
  • Strong English language and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • High school diploma.

This is a fulltime position

Salary is open depending on experience
