As the Senior Director, Support Office L&D, you will lead the team to design, craft, and deliver specialized learning programs to cultivate a sustainable, high-performing internal talent pipeline that will accelerate the growth of Aritzia's Support Offices. As the Senior Director, Support Office L&D, you will lead the team to:
  • Provide best-in-class, business driven learning and development offerings for Support Office teams
  • Standardize and optimize Aritzia's unique Support Office learning map
  • Gather, structure, and simplify the Support Office material that will be trained on
  • Translate content into an effective, engaging learning experience for Support Office teams
  • Drive effective learning by championing learning objectives for Support Office teams
  • Manage learning and development program offerings for Aritzia's Support Offices
  • Manage people, process, and technology to ensure a seamless learner experience
  • Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly manage and lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience


The Senior Director, Support Office L&D has:
  • Proven and best-in-class skills, education, and/or applicable certifications, including experience in a similar Learning & Development role
