The mission of the Omni Channel Department is to translate Aritzia's sales vision into channel strategies.

This is a unique opportunity to lead the team responsible for delivering against Aritzia's sales vision across stores, online, and any other channel that we operate in. As the Director, Omni Channel Sales, you will maximize our return on investment by developing and executing sales strategies across all current and new channels. As the Director, Omni Channel Sales, you will:
  • Deliver sales strategies in the optimal channels with the highest ROI
  • Lead cross-channel initiatives that drive the continued growth of our retail, eCommerce, Concierge, Social and International business
  • Lead the strategy and execution of initiatives required to establish new channels, including but not limited to wholesale, B2b and pop-ups
  • Manage the effectiveness of sales incentives, optimizing for growth and scalability.
  • Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience


The Director, Omni Channel Sales has:
  • Proven and best-in-class skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in Retail Strategy or Sales Development. Skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in financial modelling and strategy development is an asset.
  • A commitment to learn, apply, champion, and enrich Aritzia's Values, Business and People Leadership principles
