Newly created Director of P3 Operations role to be a part of a leading Facilities Management company

With over 40 years of experience throughout North America, our client is one of Canada's leaders in Public-Private-Partnerships, Operations and Facility Management. They offer a variety of operations and maintenance services and are continuously growing their portfolio and have over 250 employees in their organization. Due to the expansion of their portfolio, they have a brand new position opening to find a Director of P3 Operations to oversee two P3 Facilities in British Columbia.
Your new role
As Director of P3 Operations, you will be responsible for professionally developing and maintaining client relationships, leading each facilities team to meet their KPIs while assisting them in developing solutions to challenges. A key responsibility is to be able to meet with clients based at both P3 sites in order to assess their needs and present them with facility performance updates. You will also liaise with senior contacts within the industry in order to develop new business opportunities. Based out of Vancouver, you will work closely with the Director of Operations as well as Site Managers in order to ensure all contractual deliverables are being met. As this is a newly created position, you will have the opportunity to join a national company as a P3 leader and bring forward new ideas to upper management to actively grow and improve their business processes.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be a skilled leader and influencer who has previously worked in a P3 environment in upper management. You will also have an expert understanding of Facilities Management with a minimum of 8-10 years' of experience with at least 3-5 years' management experience. Project management experience, knowledge, and experience in managing complex performance based contracts, capital projects and budgets is necessary. You will have a true passion for improving existing systems and creating new ones.
