Reporting to the Deputy CAO, the Director of Human Resources will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization's mission and talent strategy.

In order to qualify for this role, you will possess a University Degree in Human Resources, Education, or another relevant field, as well as a minimum 5 years of experience in a senior Human Resources management position. Preference will be given to candidates with a Certified Human Resources Professional (CPHR) designation.
