You will lead the charge in our efforts to transform our Connected Home & Entertainment marketing communications portfolio as an integral part of our larger Home Solutions Go-To-Market strategy. You'll build the communications strategy, which includes mass and digital advertising, direct marketing, public relations and sponsorship.

Joining this team, you'll have the opportunity to break new ground when it comes to marketing in Canada and supporting the continued evolution of the TELUS brand. This is a very innovative marketing role where you'll partner with some of the best marketers around the globe.

Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together

This is a rare opportunity to join the Connected Home & Entertainment leadership team reporting directly to the Senior Vice-President. Working in the fast paced, creative and dynamic world of consumer product and marketing. You'll have the opportunity to determine how consumers learn about and engage with multiple products and services, including home internet, television, cybersecurity and more!

Using your strategic thought leadership along with your team, you'll develop product positioning and messaging for each of the Entertainment and Connected Home products and services that resonate with target customers while amplifying and bringing our differentiated value proposition to life.

Here's how
    •Work closely with Product and GTM Directors to develop marketing briefs to achieve KPIs, including awareness, conversion and growth.
    •Use consumer insights, competitive landscape and creative genius to bring innovative campaigns to market across all communications, digital and media channels.
    •Proactively manage creative media agency to ensure campaigns reflect differentiated product value propositions consistent with Product positioning and messaging.
    •Align positioning and messaging of Home Solutions products and services across paid, owned and earned channels.
    •Develop a Home Solutions brand strategy, ensuring applicability to products and services as well as company-wide brand hierarchy and positioning.
    •Support and mentor a team of marketing communications experts sparking ongoing innovation and delivering communications excellence.
    •Focus on digital marketing transformation and maximize return on digital marketing investment including performance digital and paid search.
    •Partner and work with our TELUS creative, media and digital agencies of record including the management of the Advertising & Promotions budget, privacy, and media investment strategy, planning and optimization.

    •Proven track record of establishing creative campaigns that highlight unique value propositions that resonate with the target audience
    •Commercial sensibility that legerages your understanding of product and service economics to efficiently drive awareness and growt
    •With a strong focus on bringing teams together, you have a proven ability to partner with cross functional and external teams to help them work together, identify opportunities and solve problems together, you get everyone working towards the same goals by sharing the big picture vision and drill down to tactical approache
    •Noted for your communication skills, you have a knack for influencing peers as well as senior leaders in a variety of forums; you can explain complex ideas simply and translate them into creative and practical strategies
    •Recognized for your ability to identify opportunity and use data to inform decisions. You simply information, streamline complex data and details into compelling visual presentations and make meaningful insights
    •With extraordinary program management and analytical skills, and an ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
