As the Director, Executive & Senior Leadership Acquisition, you would lead the initiatives to support the search for Executive and Senior Leadership. Partnering with hiring executives to ensure we are finding the best talent to join our teams at Fraser Health. At the same time supporting future development of our current leaders. Presenting new high calibre talent and growing the potential of our current leaders, your work will ensure that we have effective leadership in place to deliver the services/programs vital to the healthcare of the population we serve. This search services function is a new initiative for Fraser Health, and we are looking for the new Director to help shape the structure and services of the new function.

•External searches targeting Executive and Senior Leadership roles. •Integrating with Talent Development to ensure the readiness of our current employees for future advancement. •Conduct and partner with the Executive or Senior Leader the talent acquisition process from identification to hire. •Providing experienced consultation on the availability of external resources through local, provincial, national and international search activities. Professional/Technical Capabilities:
•Advanced knowledge of search and talent acquisition services. •Demonstrated ability to assess and plan progression within and across large complex organizations. •Refined level of communications. •Proven knowledge of the BC health sector •Track record of maintaining highly confidential relationships. We are looking for you to have:
•University Graduation at the post-graduate level in business or a field related to human resources •ten (10) plus years of experience in search, recruitment functions for business leadership roles
