An exciting opportunity awaits you as a Director, Clinical Operations for the Population Public Health. As a key member of the leadership team, you are responsible for overseeing the planning, operational and administrative activities for Communicable Disease, Harm Reduction/ Opioid response, as well as, co-leading around Immunizations, School Health and Public Health maternal child services. This position will also allow you to combine your leadership skills and your clinical knowledge to support the provision of health care across the Fraser Health region. This is an opportunity to apply your strong operational skills to supporting the delivery of complex long term care and assisted living.
Partner with physicians, primary care networks and clinical and support leaders as you play a key role in the system design, implementation and sustainability of clinical programs supporting the Fraser Health Strategic Operating Priorities.This is your opportunity to:
•Develop strategic and operational plans •Form partnerships within a network of Regional programs, centralized services, hospital sites and community health service areas. •For partnership within Primary Care networks, Municipal and non-profit organizations. •Support operational leaders by removing barriers to the development of a culture of patient-centred care across the health care continuum. We are looking for you to have:
•Master's level of education in a field related to health care management; •Seven (7) to Ten (10) years of progressively more responsible leadership experience.
