role located at the Eagle Ridge Hospital
. This position will allow you to combine your leadership skills and your clinical knowledge to support the provision of health care to the Tri-Cities community.
The Director, Clinical Operations provides leadership and direction on strategies, planning, design, implementation, delivery and assessment of assigned clinical department/service within or across a hospital or health services area, or, for a Regional Program across Fraser Health.

Partner with municipalities, non- government agencies and clinical and support leaders as you play a key role in the system design, implementation and sustainability of clinical programs supporting the Fraser Health Strategic Operating Priorities.This is your opportunity to:
•Develop strategic and operational plans, •Form partnerships within a network of Regional programs, centralized services, hospital sites and community health service areas, •Form partnership with municipalities and community agencies, •Support operational leaders by removing barriers to the development of a culture of patient-centred care across the health care continuum. We are looking for you to have:
•A master's level of education in a field related to health care management, •Seven (7) to Ten (10) years of progressively responsible leadership experience.
