Who We Are:

We're a results-driven company looking to innovate the way the automotive industry does business online and in-store. You can play an important role in our digital marketing department. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist to generate awareness and leads for our retail storefronts and online shopping websites. Our successful candidate will work closely with dealership clients and the internal Marketing bench.

  • Assess the digital marketing needs of dealership client accounts
  • Create digital media strategies to build maximum leads and awareness
  • Work in marketing pods to execute monthly retail offers and sales
  • Manage digital marketing budgets for assigned stores, brands and regions
  • Buy monthly digital ad campaigns and code invoices in-house
  • Prepare monthly campaign briefings for digital marketing agency to deploy
  • Generate digital leads using:
  • Google Ads management
  • Facebook Ads management
  • Google Analytics and Looker Studio analysis
  • Landing pages created with CMS platforms
  • On-page SEO standards delivery
  • Various updates related to local SEO
  • Create and utilize web analytics reports to review campaign performance
  • Shift funds proactively into new or more effective digital marketing channels based on results and strategies
  • Lead digital post-campaign analyses and digital strategy talks with stores
  • Ensure campaign budgets are pacing to store budgets
  • Prepare ad assets and billings for monthly coop fund claims
  • Set core KPIs and track them across digital channels
  • Work with Digital Marketing Manager to assess and brainstorm new digital marketing opportunities
  • Own digital project assignments for the year
  • Work collaboratively with department colleagues
  • Ensure compliance with OpenRoad and manufacturers' brand standards
  • Provide additional marketing services support as required
  • This position may be expected to perform other duties assigned by management

  • 2+ years experience with Google, Facebook, SEM, or programmatic media
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients in verbal and written English: budgets, strategies, plans, analytics
  • Intermediate working experience with:
  • Ad Editor platforms (i.e. Google AdWords Editor)
  • HTML and CSS
  • On-page SEO
  • Analytics and data visualization platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe, Looker Studio, Tableau, )
  • Certifications in:
  • Google Ads certifications full suite
  • Google Analytics certification up to Advanced
Bonus Points:

  • Experience in digital marketing agency
  • Google Analytics certification (Power User, 360 Suite)
