As a Digital Data & User Insights Analyst, you will leverage your data-driven thinking to support Arc'teryx in creating authentic relationships with customers online while delivering the best possible consumer experiences.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
    • Identify insights and opportunities to drive the optimization of Arc'teryx's web properties and mobile applications through the proactive use of digital data, using Adobe Analytics (Omniture), Google Analytics, and other tools as required
    • Design, build, and regularly deliver reports via Excel, Adobe Analytics Report Builder, QlikView / QlikSense, and other tools as required, driving automation of reporting where feasible (e.g. Python, SQL, Adobe Analytics Workspace, Google Data Studio)
    • Make use of effective data visualization and interactive dashboards to enlighten and drive action while increasing data literacy and confidence of users
    • Conduct regular user testing on digital experiences and summarize actionable insights for business owners
    • Monitor and report on customer feedback collected through online tools (e.g. iPerceptions, Hotjar)
    • Educate, support and train colleagues and internal partners in their use of digital analytics to answer their business questions, working cross-departmentally
    • Raise data integrity issues and new tracking requirements to the implementation teams within and outside of the department, writing requirements with JS and utilizing Google Tag Manager for more efficient implementation and maintenance
    • Support the creation of data informed hypotheses and generate new ideas for A/B Testing as well as analyze test results and interpret meaning.
    • Perform ad hoc analysis to support Ecommerce, Mobile App, Digital Marketing, Brand and Information Systems partners as needed
    • Foster a measurement culture and contribute to analytics documentation (i.e. data dictionary, variable map) through knowledge management tools such as Confluence wiki and automate where appropriate


Additional experience, education and/or skills required
    • 3+ years of experience in digital analytics
    • Experience with SQL, scripting languages, and relational databases
    • Passionate about data, with the insatiable curiosity of a cat and the eyes of an eagle when it comes to detail
    • Always thinking in the shoes of the customer
    • Innovative and creative, with a logical and methodical approach to problem solving
    • Proven data instincts and clear understanding of the common pitfalls of digital analytics
    • Well versed in data visualization principles
