The Digital Acquisition Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing acquisition programs, across paid search, display, social, video and any other emerging channel as needed, while leading and nurturing a dedicated team of Paid Media coordinators.

What You'll Do
  • Lead strategies and execution across major paid media channels, such as search, display and social
  • Own the budget and performance of paid media initiatives, providing insights to improve performance
  • Lead and develop a team, sharing your knowledge and expertise while nurturing each individual’s career progression
  • Forecast performance based on budgets and market data, while leading data-driven analysis and insights to continuously improve program effectiveness and value to the business
  • Remain informed of innovative tactics and trends -- in segmentation, quality score optimization, account automation, keyword expansion, position optimization, and bidding -- testing and integrating into the program accordingly
  • Ongoing review of Paid Media management tools, making recommendations as needed
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop integrated campaigns
  • Utilize reports, web analytic tools and attribution modeling to adjust paid media strategies

What You'll Achieve

  • Lead a team of junior marketers, sharing your expertise in the industry and nurturing their ongoing development

What You'll Need
  • 5 years online marketing experience, including 3 years focus in biddable and direct response strategy & execution
  • Experience in a Digital Marketing leadership role managing direct reports
  • Applied knowledge of and experience in campaign optimization & improving return on ad spend
  • Proficient with web analytic methodologies with experience to measure post-click actions, identify issues and seek out opportunities
  • Experience in automated bidding tools to acquire target audience at scale with efficiency
  • Highly analytical, possessing a high degree of accuracy with details and numbers.
  • Undergraduate degree in business or related field
