The CE - Technology Enablement team leads and supports numerous enterprise systems and tools used by our Customer Experience (CE), Business Customer Experience (BCX), Small Business Solutions (SBS) and TELUS Quebec (TQ) Contact Centers.

TELUS Customer Experience (CE) - Technology Enablement is seeking a Developer Analyst III to join a dynamic team supporting the Salesforce.com (SFDC) platform within the TELUS Consumer organization.
The solution supports TELUS in providing best in class customer service to its clients.
This is a position with a software development team within the business organization.Here's how
•Configure, customize, and develop object oriented software for the SFDC Service Cloud platform
•Work with other technical team members, Business Analysts, and leaders to implement new business capabilities, infrastructure and troubleshoot issues
•Interpret system requirements, define technical tasks, and design and implement new system capabilities and solutions
•Coordinate technical dependencies with other teams as well as participate and lead technical activities for complex projects in a cross functional environment
•Make recommendations to improve product quality, reliability, performance, and scalability
•Conduct periodic software continuous improvement cycles
•Demonstrate a passion for designing and developing well architected, robust automated systems and frameworks ensuring high quality of code
•Investigate and evaluate new technologies and supporting products
•Ability to multitask, manage time, and ability to handle urgent interruptions with poise and professionalism Qualifications:You're the missing piece of the puzzle
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Strong knowledge of object oriented principles and Apex
•Experience implementing case and task management systems
•Experience developing/designing automation, utilities, and helper frameworks
•Experience developing web-service and working in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environment
•Experience developing, automating and web-services
•Integration experience on SFDC using Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) & Representational State Transfer (REST) application program interfaces (APIs)
•Experience in working with Apex Scheduling, Batch processes, Apex Class controllers and Triggers with Governor Limits
•Ability to conceptualize and frame problems into solutions
•Experience using versioning control/continuous integrations tools such as Jenkins, Another Neat Tool (ANT), Git, or Subversion (SVN)
•Experience with authentication and authorization protocols, familiarity with Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
•SFDC Certified App Builder designation or equivalent Great-to-haves
•Familiarity with other object oriented languages: Java, PHP, ASP.NET, etc. and design patterns
•Experience with Agile Development, Scrum, or Extreme Programming (XP) methodologies; familiarity with Waterfall model
•Experience using Infomatica
•Experience with Oracle 10g/11g, My Structured Query Language (SQL), and other database products
•Experience with Microsoft (MS) Exchange/SFDC integration
