Our client, a high profile real estate company, is looking for a Data Entry Coordinator to join their team of busy real estate professionals commencing immediately. The Role:

The Data Entry Coordinator works closely with and supports the Research department. This role is responsible for tasks involving the collection and maintenance of data, as well as various administrative activities that support the team’s production and delivery of research material.

The ideal candidate has exceptionally high attention to detail, is good with a high volume of numbers and information and has strong organizational skills. You are motivated to do what it takes to help the team succeed. The ideal candidate also has excellent communication skills this role involves liaising with different departments and key individuals.

 

Where is it based?

Downtown Vancouver, BC

 

Responsibilities:

  • Researching and compiling market information in relation to the commercial real estate market
  • Gathering data on existing and new properties, tenants, transactions and developments
  • Inputting data into appropriate databases based on company policies and procedures
  • Regularly maintaining and updating property databases
  • Updating information pertaining to all company managed properties as required
  • Comparing internal data with external market analytical reports
  • Managing data entry standards to ensure data quality is compliant with corporate standards
  • Various duties as assigned

 

Must haves:

  • 3 to 5 years of related data entry experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Work experience in the valuation field would be highly preferred
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills – high attention to detail is required
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast paced environment with daily deadlines
  • Multitasking and priority setting and problem solving based on changing demands
  • Ability to think critically, problem solve and find creative solutions to problems
  • Strong computer skills (Windows and Microsoft Office)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
