This is an amazing opportunity to join the FP&A department of one of Vancouver’s most reputable companies! Our client offers a hybrid working model of three days in-office and two days remote. This is 9–10-month contract with possibility of extension or permanent hire.

What- the Role:
Partner with the Technology BI (Business Intelligence) team and assisting in User Acceptance Testing of BI reporting enhancements.
Support driving the FP&A BI enhancement roadmap by assisting with project management and translating FP&A data enhancement requirements into actionable items for the BI team
Perform quantitative analysis of business performance, using MS Excel, OLAP cubes, Power BI, and other data visualization tools.
Prepare weekly/period/quarterly management reporting, presentations, dashboards and business commentary in MS Excel and Power BI.
Re-imagine and optimize dashboard reporting through Power BI
Who – the Candidate:
4+ years of Finance / FP&A experience with a focus in advanced quantitative methods.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, Business Data Analytics, Engineering or a related field
MBA, CFA or CPA is an asset.
Management Consulting or Investment Banking Analyst experience is an asset.
Highly proficient with MS Excel, including pivot tables and complex logic-based formulas. Hyperion, Oracle or large financial planning software knowledge is a plus.
Demonstrates strong communication skills / can present to functional teams and management.
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a time sensitive manner.
