You will play a crucial role in safeguarding sensitive information and enabling the resilience of digital infrastructure.
Meaningful work you'll be part of
As a Cyberark conjure support Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems related to C onjure (other solutions like Saviynt) reported by our customers.
• Perform PIM ( Secret Manager ) support operations on day-to-day basis
• Lead the incident call with diverse stakeholder
• Apply and test fixes in Non-Prod, and Production environment
• Document problem solutions in knowledge base.
• Meticulously document case progress and technical details throughout the support case lifecycle.
• Provide 24x7 on-call support via a rotational schedule.
• Participate in recurring support review meetings, present challe ges
• and mitigation plan to Product owners
• Ensuring Incident is resolved within defined SLA's ,
• Provide input to assist with continual improvement
• Responsible to plan all new activities and deliver the same as per timelines
• Auditing Accounts and work on various reports, users' server login issues and user permission issues as per requirements
• Work with product vendors for bug fixes

Experiences and skills you'll use to solve
• 4-7 years of experience in IAM, Secrets Management, DevOps Security, or related domains.
• Strong hands-on experience with CyberArk Conjur , including the implementation of YAML-based policies , roles , layers , and application identities , along with secure secrets vaulting and access control mechanisms.
• Demonstrated deep understanding of secrets lifecycle management , including automated secret rotation and the use of dynamic, ephemeral credentials to minimize security risk and enforce best practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or equivalent platforms.
• Experience integrating secrets management with containerized and cloud-native applications
• Solid understanding of Linux/Unix systems , Windows Server environments , and Active Directory concepts , Database, including integration and authentication within enterprise infrastructures.
• Good to have Saviynt (Certification)
• Good to have e xperience in working with Saviynt solutions with different tools like SIEM, 2FA
• Good to have h ands on experience in applying patches and fixes
• Good to have hands-on experience in running certification campaigns
• Good to have hands-on experience in resolving connector issues
• Good understanding typical Enterprise Change Management processes

The salary range for this position is $84,700-$134,700. The posted salary range r eprese nt s the exp ected hir ing range for PwC locations in major city c entres . Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is d etermined by yo ur skills, experience, qualifications and work location. I n addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
