We’re seeking a motivated, passionate, dynamic Customer Success Specialist who will drive customer engagement with our business solutions through proactive communications to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. The Customer Success Specialist will be product savvy, with strong inter-personal skills, have the ability to troubleshoot a variety of customer issues, and has a passion for customer service.
The ideal candidate will evaluate customer business needs and clearly communicate solutions and best practices. A Customer Success Specialist is responsible for cultivating and nurturing long-term relationships resulting in successful customers who become passionate advocates of Top Producer.
